If you own a credit card, you can choose to split the total over a term of 6-12 months, just reach out to us and we'll make it happen!

How does Debit Installments (PayLater by Grab/Pace PayLater) Work?

Just shop as you normally would and choose Grab or Pace as your payment option upon checking out! After that, you will have to follow some instructions on the Grab App/Pace App and pay your first installment using a credit/debit card from any bank! 

Instalments Eligibility?

Generally any individual above the age of 21 and holding a full-time job with monthly contributions to their CPF account would be eligible for instalments.

Note that this is still dependent on your profile: e.g. any outstanding debts/bad credit records.

How to check your buy limit on Grab/Pace?

All you have to do is install the relevant apps (Grab/Pace) and register with SingPass, once that is done you will be able to see your limit. 

On Pace, you can view it in the app's main menu, the buy limit button is on the top left corner. 

On Grab, you can check it under the Payment tab and scrolling to the PayLater section. 

How much do I have to pay monthly?

It's very simple! You just split your total bill into 4 (or 3 if you use Pace). Assuming your total comes up to $1200, you simply split it into 4 payments (or 3 if you use Pace), so $400 / $300 per month depending on the mode of payment. 

What's the maximum figure that I can purchase?

Grab allocates a different maximum figure to all customers so the best way to check is by going into the app and checking your wallet. 
Pace offers up to $1.5k on debit cards and $3k with a credit card, but the figure is still dependent on your profile 

How do I pay my installments?

Your installment will be automatically deducted on the day of your purchase, e.g. purchased on 8th August, second bill will be on the 8th of September. All you have to do is make sure that you have sufficient funds in your bank before the 8th of September.

When will I receive my PC/Parts?

Your PC/Parts will be prepared upon confirmation of your first payment on Split. 
We offer two kinds of delivery:

  • Express - 24 hours delivery at $40
  • Normal - 3 days or earlier at $20
  • Self Pick Up (Collection in 1 - 3 days, to be notified by us) at $0

Will the boxes be delivered as well?

All original boxes will be delivered along with the PC!

Warranties

All products sold by us are covered by local warranty. 

If you purchased parts/peripherals/accessories from us - your warranty will be direct with the distributors. All you have to do is bring our invoice to their service center and you will be able to get your faulty item serviced/replaced.

ONLY PCs sold by us will receive:

• 3 Years Warranty with the First Year being onsite.

• Lifetime support on all PC issues.

My PC won't boot up/no display on the monitor! What should I do?

The first thing we'd recommend you to do is to reseat your rams and see if it turns on. If you've just received your built from us, do check that you have your cable plugged into the correct HDMI slot. You are supposed to plug the HDMI cable into the graphic card. If it doesn't turns on, drop us a message on Whatsapp and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 

I have given your service team a call, when should I expect pick up of my PC/to receive my PC back?

We'll pick up your PC within 3 days after receiving your phone call! It'll take us 1-2 days to diagnose your PC and replace your parts. In certain cases it could take slightly longer (1-2 weeks) but generally we will send your PC back as soon as we can. 

In events where the PC is faulty due to user error/damage, Pick Up Fee ($25) + Delivery Fee ($25) will be absorbed by the customer.

Examples of user error/damage:

• Updating to a beta version of a Windows Update and corrupting the Operating System. 

• Spilt water on PC.

• Hardware/peripherals incompatibility with PC.

• User environment issues
